We provide comprehensive hoarding clearance, de-cluttering, deep cleaning, and organization services. Our team specialises in sensitive clearance of severely cluttered homes, compassionate support throughout the process, and proper disposal or recycling of items.


We currently serve West Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, including Cambridge, South Cambridge, Ely and Fenland in the UK. For locations outside our primary service area, please contact us to discuss options and potential additional travel fees.


Absolutely we do. We are also available to be contracted by other professionals and agencies who support people to maintain safety and independence in their own home or transition into a new home. 


We also work with private clients who may pay through Direct Payments, Personal Independence Payments or personal funds. 


Our clearance specialists have extensive training in hoarding psychology, trauma-informed approaches, and efficient clearance techniques. All team members undergo background checks and receive ongoing professional development.

A single room might take 1-2 days, while an entire severely hoarded home could require 1-2 weeks.

Basic de-cluttering starts from £50/hour, with a minimum of a 2 hour booking slot.


Yes, we understand these services can be a significant investment. We offer flexible payment options including instalment plans for larger jobs.

  • Donate usable items to charities

Yes, our team is trained to safely identify and remove hazardous materials including chemicals, biological waste, and sharps. We follow all health and safety regulations for proper disposal.

For most clients, being on-site during the clearance process is not recommended. Our experienced team works more efficiently when they can focus solely on the clearance without interruptions. 


Many clients find witnessing the process emotionally challenging and stressful. We'll thoroughly document our work with photos and conduct video calls at key decision points if needed. If you prefer to be completely hands-off, we can establish clear guidelines beforehand about what to keep, donate, or dispose of. We'll always respect your wishes while sparing you the potentially overwhelming experience of watching the transformation in real-time.
